Designed items

Processing times range from 1-3 days and 1-4 days shipping. Tracking is provided via email.

Custom designed items

Processing times can vary depending on order size and design. If needing by a certain date please order at least 2 weeks before hand. Once order is complete tracking info will be sent. All custom orders will ship priority shipping 1-2 days at $8.50. Tracking will be sent via email.

Handmade items

Processing times 2-4 days and shipping 2-3 days USPS shipping. Tracking will be provided.

Pleasure toys

No returns on used items. Can be returned within 7 days of receiving if unopened.

Returns / refunds

Returns can be made within 18 hrs. of receipt with all tags and not worn.

Once item is being made or packaged no refunds available.
